A Bachelor's degree paired with five (5) years of relevant experience is essential

Your Bachelor's degree should be in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT Management, or another IT-related field, such as engineering, math, or science

You should excel in analysis activities, demonstrating the capability to apply a solid theoretical foundation along with a diverse array of standard and advanced analytical techniques and tools

The ability to make informed decisions in alignment with established policies, guidelines, and standards is crucial

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must

You should possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to multitask, manage your time efficiently, and thrive under tight deadlines

A high level of responsiveness to requests is essential

The ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with the utmost discretion is required

Microsoft (Required): PowerBI along with Power Query Editor, Power Automate and Workflows, Report Builder, PowerBI Gateway, Excel, Word, Teams

Knowledge Of Database SQL Concepts (Required): SQL Server, Oracle and Oracle Developer, ODBC Drivers

Creative flair in graphics and dashboard data presentation

Ability to work independently while also being an effective collaborator within a dynamic team

A flexible attitude to pivot towards new priorities as needed

Competence in demonstrating draft dashboards to an audience and making rapid updates during live presentations

Skillful in effectively communicating data to an audience

Preferred

Familiarity with government financials and terminology is beneficial

Understanding of Spend Plans/Budgets, Pre-Procurement, and Contracts is advantageous
