Proven experience as a Scrum Master on in a similar Agile role
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and practices
Strong knowledge of Scrum Theory, rules and practices
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to coach and mentor teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement
Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus building
Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Trello or Similar software
Certification as Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) is often preferred
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to take ownership
Having experience with GEN AI is huge plus point
