Responsibilities

Create, develop and execute compelling long-form content and effective commercials to run across all of the Circle City Broadcasting digital and broadcast platforms

Script writing for commercials and corporate presentations

Create special content for multiple media platforms

Camera operations both in studio and on location along with a strong working knowledge of all standard production equipment

Studio Direct and TD for program productions

Audio editing for radio and podcasts

Other duties as assigned based on station needs

Editing proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition), Avid, Audacity, and other video/audio platforms are valued

Proficiency with publishing programs like WordPress plus AI based tools

Experience with short-form and vertical videos using mobile tools for social media

Skills in scripting, lighting, audio and graphics creation

Ability to work independently and as a team member

Excellent communication skills

Strong work ethic and flexibility

Ability to collaborate internal teams as well as with clients/customers

Must be able to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights and weekends as needed
