Required
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering discipline

Fluent English communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate remotely in international teams
Ability to work independently in a distributed team
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in startups or early-stage products
Exposure to CI/CD, cloud-native development, or LLM/AI tools
Open-source contributions or personal portfolio work
