World Kinect is a global leader in energy solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Contract & Pricing Analyst for their Commercial Aviation division. This role is critical for ensuring smooth contract processes and accurate pricing for clients across the U.S. and U.K.

Responsibilities

Lead Contract Management: Handle bid processing, RFP/BSA quotes, revisions, and awards with precision

Ensure Accuracy: Validate billing inquiries and disputes, and deliver timely, accurate pricing for both contract and ad-hoc requests

Collaborate Globally: Work closely with Sales Support, Supply, Legal, Credit, and Pricing teams to drive operational success

Own Reporting: Manage SLA/Dashboard reporting and special customer reports that influence strategic decisions

Innovate Processes: Support automation (RPA) initiatives and streamline workflows for efficiency

Bridge Teams: Coordinate contract bid management with BPA, Pricing, and Fee teams to ensure seamless execution

Required

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred

5+ years of experience in analytical or financial reporting roles

Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Oracle & Alteryx systems

Excellent communication skills to build relationships across teams

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines

Adaptable and eager to learn new processes in a dynamic environment
