Collections Floor Supervisor
Global Electronic Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to lead and support their Collections team. This role involves overseeing daily collections operations, coaching agents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily floor operations for the Collections team
Monitor and plug into calls measuring agents performance and provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support
Make collections calls with team
Ensure adherence to compliance, call quality, and company procedures
Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality
Collaborate with supervisors and management to meet departmental goals
Handle escalations and assist agents with complex cases
Conduct regular quality audits and ensure corrective actions are followed
Prepare performance reports and communicate updates to leadership
Support new hire training and ongoing staff development
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, QA, or a related leadership role
Strong knowledge of collections practices, compliance requirements, and quality processes
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with call center software, reporting tools, and QA platforms
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate diverse teams
Preferred
Experience as a floor lead, supervisor, or QA coach
Bilingual a plus
Strong analytical skills and experience improving KPIs
