Responsibilities
Advise on tax risks related to domestic and cross-border transactions, restructurings, and corporate operations
Collaborate closely with M&A advisors, clients, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to assess and structure tax insurance solutions
Evaluate complex tax issues and provide guidance on coverage, underwriting considerations, and deal structure
Lead negotiations of tax insurance policies and serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
Help shape strategy, best practices, and operational processes within a rapidly expanding tax insurance platform
Qualification
Required
JD required with 3+ years of tax experience in Big Law (M&A or transactional tax strongly preferred)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues to non-tax professionals
Client-facing comfort, commercial mindset, and interest in a more strategic, business-oriented role
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
