Business Development Representative

Clarify Health is a company focused on improving healthcare through AI-driven analytics solutions. They are seeking a Business Development Representative who will develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities

Develop sales opportunities by scheduling appointments and demos between (prospective) customers and Sales Directors
Target prospects through the provided monthly marketing campaigns
Contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn, reaching 60-80 account touches per day
Strategically identify titles within accounts to align their needs with our appropriate products/services and ICPs
Ensure successful follow-through and tracking of the sales cycle by keeping SFDC accurate and up to date
Stay up to date with new products/solutions
Work in close collaboration with Account Directors to deliver impactful outreach to prospects
Achieve monthly quota

Excellent communication skills (listening & verbal & written)
Achievement driven (performance focused)
Strong organizational skills (daily and weekly planning)
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, LinkedIn, 6sense, SalesLoft preferred, Zoom Info, Sales Navigator)
Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
Able to work independently and reliably while also developing strong working relationships within the broader Sales and Marketing teams
Strong interpersonal skills (ability to purposely capitalize upon relationships)
Track record of achieving measurable monthly lead development/sales goals

Preferred

Previous SaaS or Healthcare industry experience/knowledge a plus, but not required
