Assistant Professor - Master of Science- Speech Language Pathology
St. Bonaventure University (SBU) invites applications for a full-time, 12-month, tenure-track eligible faculty position in the Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology (MS SLP) program. The role involves developing and teaching graduate-level courses, engaging in scholarly activities, and supporting program compliance with accreditation standards.

Responsibilities
Develop and teach graduate-level courses in the Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology program (delivered via distance education)
Engage in scholarly activities consistent with tenure-track expectations within the DePerro School of Health Professions
Support program compliance with accreditation standards and reporting requirements
Contribute service to the department, school, university, and profession
Support the mission of the program to expand access to graduate education in speech-language pathology, particularly in underserved areas
Qualification
Required
Earned doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a closely related field (ABD considered)
Current CCC-SLP and state licensure (or eligibility) in the state of residence
Record of, or potential for, scholarly productivity
Experience with online teaching and distance education
Experience using technology to support remote collaboration, including video conferencing, shared drives, and online communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack)
Demonstrated commitment to fostering a professional and respectful environment in teaching, research, and service
Commitment to advancing SBU's core values of compassion, wisdom, and integrity in teaching, scholarship, and service
Preferred
Expertise in adult populations, specifically aphasia and cognitive communication disorders
Experience in bilingual clinical service delivery
