Responsibilities
Provide bookkeeping guidance to QuickBooks Online small business owners via video and audio tools in a way that is professional, friendly, and reassuring
Create high-quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy, and your deep knowledge and expertise in the customer-facing role
Guide small business owners on best practices and optimal utilization of the QuickBooks Online platform
Review information input by small business owners for accuracy and provide insights on their data
Research regulations to support guidance
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience
1-3 years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience
Minimum 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience
QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with technology; strong knowledge of computer software and ability to learn technology quickly
Dedicated high-speed internet connection (Wireless, DSL, cable, or fiber)
Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision
Critical thinking, problem solving, flexibility, and determination
Willingness to learn and support new products and services
Preferred
Certified Public Bookkeeper is preferred, not required
