Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP WM Consultant. As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan.

Responsibilities

Create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan
Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications
Configure SAP MM (procurement, purchasing, vendor management), IM (stock management), and WM/EWM (warehouse operations, RF integration)
Integrate EWM with core SAP modules (SD, PP, QM) and external systems
Manage data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover activities
Provide guidance on best practices for S/4HANA migration and EWM deployment
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across MM/WM/EWM processes
Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
This position may require travel to Project / client locations
This role may involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). Hence the eligible candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents only
At least 4 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in MM, IM, WM
Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations
Proven experience in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) configuration and integration
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and migration strategies
Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes
Experience with interfaces (IDoc, RFC, Web Services) and integration with third-party systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

SAP WM solution design and implementation for ECC and S/4HANA environments
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications
Configure SAP MM (procurement, purchasing, vendor management), IM (stock management), and WM/EWM (warehouse operations, RF integration)
Integrate EWM with core SAP modules (SD, PP, QM) and external systems
Manage data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover activities
Provide guidance on best practices for S/4HANA migration and EWM deployment
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across MM/WM/EWM processes
Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
SAP certification in MM or EWM
Experience in RF Framework, Labor Management, and Slotting/Rearrangement in EWM
Exposure to Fiori apps and SAP Cloud Integration
Leadership and team management
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
