Colelctions Deductions Analyst
CornerStone Staffing is seeking a Collections and Deductions Analyst to support financial recovery and accuracy across a $200MM+ receivables portfolio. The role involves handling complex client accounts, identifying root causes of disputes and deductions, and maintaining strong communication to drive resolution and mitigate financial risk.

Responsibilities
Analyze and reconcile high-volume customer disputes, payments, credits, invoices, and contracts
Research deductions and perform root cause analysis using SAP and customer/vendor portals
Communicate directly with customers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues
Maintain, evaluate, and adjust A/R balances and support credit and collections decisions
Generate credit memos, support audits, and ensure SOX/GAAP compliance documentation
Qualification
Required
Associate's in Accounting/Finance required
5+ years A/R dispute resolution and cash application analysis in large organizations
Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas)
Strong experience with SAP or other enterprise-level accounting systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience managing large-dollar portfolios
Prior background in handling deductions and short-pays at enterprise scale
Strong stakeholder communication across finance, sales, logistics, and operations
