Responsibilities

Lead high-performing managers and sales teams in a critical segment at Oracle, making a direct impact on our nation's security and technological advancement
Align with C-level DoD stakeholders to deliver powerful Cloud, SaaS, and On-Prem Application solutions—helping customers solve their toughest challenges and achieve their vital missions
Drive disciplined pipeline management and foster a culture of continuous improvement, expanding Oracle’s footprint across highly strategic accounts
Grow and inspire your team, supporting professional development, rewarding success, and ensuring each member thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
As Senior Director, you’ll oversee two Sales Managers and their teams, setting vision and direction while maintaining critical leadership continuity and executional discipline
You’ll collaborate with Oracle executives, product experts, and our defense customers’ most senior leaders, ensuring that Oracle is a trusted mission partner

Required

10+ years of successful technology sales management experience within the DoD or defense sector
Demonstrated leadership in driving account growth, building winning teams, and navigating complex government sales cycles
Solid expertise in Cloud, SaaS, and On-Prem enterprise solutions
Relationship builder with a disciplined, strategic approach to business development and pipeline health
Bachelor's degree required

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
