Sr. Solution Architect - Communications and Collaboration - SoCal Region
Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to lead the development of Communications and Collaboration solutions. The role involves creating go-to-market strategies, managing pre-sales cycles, and providing consulting guidance to clients across the United States.

Responsibilities
Consults with client and sales team to define needs or problems, conducts research to obtain data, and analyzes data to advise on or recommend solutions
Works directly with client to gather requirements, designs solution, builds proof of concept and implementation strategy
Provides technical advice to Account Executive to resolve product or service requests regarding technical issues
Understands and identifies client opportunities and maps those requirements to Logicalis solutions
Assists in opportunity evaluation, and leads or assists on pursuits at new clients or within existing ones
Assists clients in making sound financial decisions, assists them in deploying solutions to meet business requirements
Hosts conferences, collects data and prepares comprehensive well structured Statements of Work (SOW), inclusive of Consulting and Engineering estimates
Manages technical relationships with various manufactures with sound knowledge of Cisco, Microsoft Collaboration and Zoom product lines
Creates and manages communication and collaboration RFP process
Creates overall technical vision for given solution and assists sales team in selling Logicalis’ overall solution to client
Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors
Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Business or related field
5 years pre-sales experience in IT marketplace in the following areas: Infrastructure (ideally IPT, Video, Collaboration, Networking and Security), Solutions Development, Go-to-market planning, Planning and execution knowledge of Unified Communications, network and security integrations, Planning and execution knowledge of re-location, merger and integration projects, Modeling of various consulting approaches, Gathering critical information through pre-sales phases and creating comprehensive and strategic assessments, Understanding of Network Operation Centers, Managed Services and Outsourcing Services, Industry knowledge of overall Unified Communication and Collaboration products, trends and emerging solutions, and cloud
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio required
Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert Collaboration (CCIE) or equivalent experience required
Ability to create detailed and complex Statements of Work, inclusive of estimating various engagement sizes
Ability to have business level conversation with IT technical customers and C-level executives alike
Outstanding oral, written, and technical/business communication skills
Strong technical and customer interaction skills required
Must be able to multi-task and accommodate requests from multiple customers and Logicalis Account Executives
Preferred
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or CCIE in networking preferred
