This role will support Release Management and Environments Management functions by tracking strategic work efforts, identifying process improvements, and coordinating test environment needs.

Responsibilities
Own the project plan for our release automation strategy and other modernization and improvement initiatives
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance release and environments management functions
Create, maintain, and improve team documentation in Confluence
Proactively drive resolution of escalated environment outages, team blockers, and other impediments with unclear ownership
Partner with delivery and tech leads from development teams of incoming strategic initiatives to identify special environment needs and track the status of environment configuration activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or Bootcamp in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management processes
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
Excellent team player with good organizational, communicational, analytical, and logical skills
Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
Preferred
Experience with Jira or related project tracking tools
Experience with release management tools and version control systems
