New Grad, Entry LevelnLeague is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their Information Technology Services team. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues while providing support for computer equipment across multiple locations in the state.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking problems
Interface with customers and vendors in person or by telephone to troubleshoot and resolve problems
Provide LAN support and support for computer equipment located throughout the state
Considerable imaging and deployment experience required
Diagnoses and resolves PC and simple software problems using a variety of diagnostic tools
Uses diagnostic tools to identify hardware and/or software problems and initiates repair
Rebuilds PCs and reconfigures user specific settings
Installs new software releases of simple to moderate complexity
Coordinates installation of and installs, modifies and maintains network components and PC hardware and/or software
Assists in implementation of network and/or system hardware and software upgrades and/or enhancements
Configures and installs terminal emulation software for host connection
Performs related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Help desk experience
Customer support experience
Active Directory knowledge
Computer networking knowledge
Analysis skills
IT support experience
Customer service experience
Considerable imaging and deployment experience
GHOST 8.0 or above experience
Diagnoses and resolves PC and simple software problems using a variety of diagnostic tools
Uses diagnostic tools to identify hardware and/or software problems and initiates repair
