PROGRAM DIRECTOR – CHILD & ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRY FELLOWSHIP
Memorial Healthcare System is seeking an experienced, board-certified physician to serve as the Program Director for a new Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship. The Program Director will be responsible for shaping and launching the fellowship program, ensuring high-quality training standards, and transitioning to a balanced schedule of clinical and administrative responsibilities once the fellowship is operational.

Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in shaping and launching a new fellowship program
Work closely with the Graduate Medical Education (GME) department, residency program leadership, and the Chief Academic Officer to ensure high-quality, evidence-based training standards
Transition to a balanced schedule consisting of approximately 75% clinical responsibilities and 25% protected administrative time once the fellowship is fully operational
Design curriculum and prepare for accreditation
Recruit faculty and evaluate trainees
Enhance the program continuously and mentor residents and fellows
Foster academic excellence and support a multidisciplinary approach to behavioral health across the system
Qualification
Required
Experienced, board-certified physician
Minimum of 3–5 years of post-training experience
Strong collaborative and leadership skills necessary to direct an academic training program
Passionate about education, program development, and advancing the future of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Preferred
Three years of leadership experience
