Responsibilities

Source net new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Travel throughout your assigned region to conduct meetings and follow up with prospects
Research and qualify new leads while managing a robust sales pipeline
Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate meaningful engagement
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory using HubSpot CRM
Partner with internal teams and channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Deliver engaging online and in-person demos tailored to customer needs
Provide follow-up materials, proposals, and customer communications
Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell RMT solutions
Develop and present customized sales collateral and proposals to clients

Qualification

Required

5+ years of selling experience in B2G or B2B markets required
Proven outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated success in B2G sales, particularly selling to municipalities or public agencies
Experience working with SaaS solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Office, and web-based presentation tools
Strong phone presence with experience managing a high volume of outreach daily
Excellent listening, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
