Collaborate with stakeholders (finance, legal, operations) to align procurement goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management & Procurement Management
Manage the UPD team and act as the primary interface for cross-functional coordination
Oversee project management (track PO/ETA status, procurement records, and timelines)
Conduct local sourcing, vendor qualification, and on-site audits
Strengthen supplier relationships (performance, sustainability, and ethical compliance)
Lead terms & price negotiations, bidding processes, and contract management
Perform cost analysis and implement cost-saving strategies
Ensure adherence to regulations and company policies
Proactively identify and resolve risks in procurement activities
Generate data-driven reports (spend analysis, supplier performance)
Collaborate with stakeholders (finance, legal, operations) to align procurement goals
Advanced Excel (data analysis, macros), PowerPoint, procurement software
Strategic negotiation, cost analysis, risk management, problem-solving, ethical sourcing

Project Management Experience
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred due to frequent interactions with suppliers and internal teams in Taiwan/China
