Responsibilities
Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular)
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement wireframes and user journeys
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and server-side logic using technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP (Laravel), Ruby on Rails, or .NET
Design and manage relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Implement authentication, authorization, and data security protocols
Deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Heroku, Vercel)
Use Git for version control and participate in collaborative workflows (pull requests, code reviews)
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress
Work in agile development cycles with Jira, Trello, or similar tools
Refactor legacy code to align with modern architecture patterns
Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs, systems, and workflows
Troubleshoot bugs and ensure minimal downtime and data loss
Monitor site performance and resolve bottlenecks or load issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field OR equivalent work experience
2–5+ years of experience in full stack development
Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Laravel, .NET Core, etc.)
Experience working with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
Solid understanding of web security, cross-site scripting, CORS, and other vulnerabilities
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Preferred
Experience in healthcare tech, e-commerce, or SaaS development
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant development standards (if working in healthcare)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful)
