Responsibilities
Leading the implementation and ongoing management of our contract lifecycle management system (HighQ experience is a plus!)
Driving contract workflows from creation to approval, ensuring compliance with internal policies
Keeping internal stakeholders informed by effectively managing priorities and escalating high-impact matters to the CLO
Playing a pivotal role in cross-functional decision-making and problem-solving across the organization
Tackling challenges with a blend of ingenuity, technology, and determination to deliver exceptional results
Draft, review, and manage NDAs, client contracts, and other agreements using templates
Maintain seamless document flow and provide guidance on contract approvals, delegations of authority, and signing processes
Partner with teams across the company to support legal initiatives and ensure smooth operations
Provide essential administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer
Qualification
Required
Paralegal Degree or Certification required
5-10 years of corporate legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting
Proven experience managing corporate governance matters for U.S. and international subsidiaries
Highly driven and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Exceptionally organized with a strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Business-minded and service-oriented, with a practical approach to legal matters
Excellent communicator capable of translating complex legal concepts into clear, actionable insights
