Define and drive the UX vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with product and business goals
Actively contribute to design work, from ideation to execution, utilizing tools like Figma or similar platforms
Mentor, guide, and provide actionable feedback to a team of UX/UI designers to ensure high-quality output and professional growth
Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align UX initiatives with product development cycles
Establish and optimize design processes and workflows that enhance efficiency and collaboration in an agile environment
Lead user research initiatives to gather insights, validate designs, and inform product decisions
Ensure consistent delivery of visually compelling, user-centered designs that drive engagement and satisfaction

Required

8+ years in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools

Proven track record of leading and mentoring design teams, fostering creativity, and delivering results
Adept at working closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate business goals into user-focused solutions
Exceptional ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
