They are seeking a Merchandise Analytics Intern to assist in Merchandise Planning, Pricing, and Space Analytics, providing hands-on experience in merchandise performance analysis and contributing to key business initiatives.

Responsibilities

Analyze merchandise performance to identify trends and opportunities

Review and interpret reports to inform strategic decisions

Evaluate key metrics to assess effectiveness and drive improvements

Support teams in merchandising planning, pricing, and space planning initiatives

Identify and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency

Analyze pricing strategies and provide recommendations for optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals

Utilize various systems and software to manage data and reporting tasks

Required

Currently enrolled in sophomore or junior year and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, statistics, or a related field

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to solve problems using data analysis techniques

Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables

Quick learner with the ability to navigate and utilize database systems and protocols

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
