Geller is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Total Rewards Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on administering employee benefit programs and managing payroll functions while ensuring compliance and providing exceptional employee support.

Responsibilities

Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, 401(k), and leaves of absence (LOA)
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and payroll, delivering white-glove service
Process semi-monthly and monthly multi-state payrolls for 150+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain and update payroll and benefits data in Workday
Partner with brokers and vendors to optimize benefit offerings, resolve escalations, and support annual renewals
Coordinate and present benefits during open enrollment, ensuring clear communication and accurate enrollment
Conduct benefits audits, including 5500 filings, invoice reconciliations, and quarterly reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy
Prepare and manage employment verifications, payroll reports, and tax reconciliations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations
Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation
Recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements for payroll and benefits administration
Run-ad-hoc and month-end reports for HR, Finance, and leadership teams
Support special projects and cross-functional HR initiatives as needed

Required

4–7 years of combined experience in benefits and payroll administration
Strong knowledge of Workday and/or ADP systems preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

CEBS certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field preferred
