Responsibilities

Support new hire onboarding processes and orientation sessions
Maintain and update employee records as needed
Help coordinate employee engagement activities
Assist in tracking training completion and organizing sessions for team members
Participate in HR projects related to performance management
Assist with administration tasks
Contribute to the development of early career programs that support employee satisfaction and retention
Create and maintain SharePoint for Early Career Programs

Qualification

Required

Motivated and detail-oriented
Support new hire onboarding processes and orientation sessions
Maintain and update employee records as needed

Preferred

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in Training, Onboarding, HR, or HR data analytics is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Previous internship or experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment a plus (not required)
