Responsibilities
Support and coordinate the release process across multiple Salesforce orgs and release cadences (weekly, 3-week, project-based)
Manage the back-promotion of changes across lower-level orgs to keep all environments in sync
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline management, preferably with Copado
Practical experience with Salesforce deployments (change sets, ANT migration, Salesforce DX)
Development of Advanced Flow-based automation, including Screen flows, Auto-launched Flows, and Omni-Channel flows
Adherence to DevOps and change management processes
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in Salesforce release management and as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer
Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Working knowledge of Salesforce architecture (sandboxes, production, metadata management)
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
Salesforce Certified Administrator AND Copado Fundamentals I
