Responsibilities

Build and maintain ML and data infrastructure to support large-scale model training, deployment, and monitoring
Collaborate with Product Management, Analytics, and Engineering teams to design data systems that meet diverse needs
Develop and optimize tools that improve developer efficiency and data platform usability
Implement scalable and resilient data ingestion and processing systems (real-time and batch)
Contribute to platform reliability, observability, and automation improvements
Participate in design and code reviews, sharing best practices and mentoring peers

Qualification

ML infrastructureData pipelinesDistributed systemsGCPKubernetesAirflowProblem-solvingCollaboration skills

Required

5–8+ years of experience building and maintaining large-scale data or ML platforms in production environments
Strong experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, and ML infrastructure (e.g., Airflow, dbt, GCP, Kubernetes, feature stores)
Experience contributing to best practices for reliability and efficiency in data workflows
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience with cross-cloud data infrastructure or hybrid orchestration
Contributions to open-source data/ML tooling or frameworks
Demonstrated impact improving developer experience or data reliability
