Qualification
Required
Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, policies, and compliance with labor laws
Strong skills in recruiting, onboarding, and talent acquisition
Experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Proficiency in organizational development, employee training and professional development
Ability to manage benefits administration and payroll processes
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Preferred
HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment is a strong advantage
