Required

College degree
3-5 years in tech sales management in a highly reputable company
Ability to hire, retain, and coach top talent AE's
A track record of repeated success for meeting and exceeding sales targets
Based in San Francisco (Bay Area)
Excellent written communication and presentation skills
Quantifiable success in selling new products and early access solutions
Coaching level knowledge of MEDDICC, Sandler, Challenger, or other sales methodologies
Strong talent for driving consensus and support among internal and external stakeholders and champions
