Mid LevelCyient Inc. is seeking an Outside Plant (OSP) Field Engineer responsible for OSP FTTP fiber work orders and various telecom projects. The role involves field data collection, designing multiple OSP telecom projects, and assessing field conditions while communicating with customers.

Responsibilities
Responsible for OSP FTTP fiber work orders, BAU work, Pole fielding, HiCap, etc
Travel to the field to survey, confirm, and assess current field conditions and meet with the customer as they relate to ongoing OSP designs
Self-manage workload and work schedule
Communicate daily progress status to all reporting managers & stakeholders
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/equivalent or higher education
Must have field experience in BAU, FTTP, Hi-Cap, etc
Should have strong understanding of design and construction of Outside Plant Copper and Fiber Optic Cable (UG, Aerial, Buried) and manhole and conduit design
Should have good understanding of basic computer concepts and technology
Experience with Microsoft Office is required
Knowledge of Fiber backbone (F1) and distribution networks (F2) is an advantage
Should be proactive and a self-learner
Possess strong professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data
Should have good attitude and ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
Ability to communicate daily progress status to all reporting managers & stakeholders
