Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping of transactions across multiple accounts
Prepare and update treasury reports, cash flow statements, and reconciliations
Monitor incoming and outgoing payments and update internal records accordingly
Assist in maintaining accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews
Support senior team members in treasury-related tasks and reporting
Work closely with operations and accounts teams to ensure financial records are accurate and up to date
Provide timely updates on balances, exposures, and cash positions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3 years of experience in finance, treasury, or bookkeeping roles
Strong understanding of financial products (basic derivatives, FX, fixed income, etc.) is a plus
Excellent MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data management)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle numerical data accurately
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work remotely with discipline, responsibility, and timely communication
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
Experience with bookkeeping or financial reporting tools
Understanding of treasury processes within a corporate environment
Familiarity with tech-driven or remote-first workplaces
