Associate Researcher
Texas A&M International University is conducting a search for an Associate Researcher to focus on human trafficking research and training development. The role involves conducting research, developing training materials, and collaborating on educational programs related to the Center to Counter Human Trafficking.

Responsibilities
Conduct research on human trafficking
Develop curriculum and training materials
Provide training on human trafficking
Collaborates with others to create new and expanded programs
Assists in identifying funding opportunities
Prepares reports on program activities
Develops and updates training materials and delivers training
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Political Science, Public Health, Economics or related field
Three years research experience
Proficient with software that has to do with quantitative – R, SAS, SPSSS, etc. and qualitative – NVIVO, LLMs research
Word processing and spreadsheet applications
Demonstrated strong writing and verbal skills
Web design and basic computer application experience
Ability to conduct research on human trafficking
Ability to develop program curriculum
Ability to provide training
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
Ability to interact professionally with university personnel, the general public, and students
Ability to demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with deadlines
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred
Experience developing curriculum and delivering in-person and online training
