Responsibilities

Provides system administrator functions for Vocera communication systems; designs, plans and coordinates work efforts with various vendors and organizational staff/departments; provides training for staff and leaders; meets with leaders to optimize the Vocera communication system; works with other Infrastructure Engineers, Application Analysts, Communications Technicians, Desktop Support, EPIC Analyst, PMO and vendors to ensure integrated systems services across applications and technologies; utilizes lean concepts to develop, document, and execute processes and procedures

Performs system administrator functions for a Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) system; maintains accurate and updated documentation for procedures and process for the MDM/MAM; utilizes lean concepts to develop, document, and execute processes and procedures

Oversees the day-to-day maintenance task and support of various systems, while helping maintain a highly available mobile infrastructure; maintains accurate and updated documentation for procedures and process with various networking devices and systems
