ServiceNow Platform Architect
Total Quality Logistics is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to drive the design and governance of their enterprise ServiceNow environment. The role involves collaborating with IT and business leaders, mentoring technical teams, and ensuring the platform's scalability and security aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and implementation across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog)
Own and evolve the ServiceNow platform roadmap for enterprise scalability and alignment
Develop workflow automation and partner with business stakeholders to deliver productivity solutions
Establish and enforce platform standards, naming conventions, and development guardrails
Mentor developers, administrators, and analysts
Translate business requirements into platform-wide solutions
Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and integrations
Oversee platform governance, code reviews, upgrade planning, and documentation
Drive CMDB and Service Mapping strategy for improved automation and impact analysis
Ensure integration architecture aligns with enterprise infrastructure (APIs, MID Servers, third-party systems)
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for new ServiceNow capabilities
Maintain architecture documentation and reusable technical patterns
Support release management, testing, and performance tuning
Engage with ServiceNow support and community to resolve issues and stay ahead of product changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or 7+ years of ServiceNow experience
ServiceNow CSA required; CIS, CIS-CSM (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery) strongly preferred
7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including 3+ years in a lead or architect role
Proven experience designing scalable ServiceNow solutions across business functions
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, best practices and system design
Proficiency in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, and enterprise integrations
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong documentation and system governance abilities
Preferred
CIS, CIS-CSM (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery) strongly preferred
