Responsibilities
Successfully navigate the associated with ERCOT’s ADER Pilot and RTC+B Programs, including any asset certifications that are required by ERCOT
Expand and refine Light’s battery optimization strategy
Work closely with the Engineering team to build out any technology needs that are required for our energy asset strategies
Qualification
Required
Experience managing assets on the ERCOT grid (preferably battery assets)
A very good understanding of ERCOT Protocols (specifically those related to batteries and distributed generation assets)
Exceptional analytical and communication skills
The desire to build a portion of the business from the ground up
The ability to work both autonomously and in a collaborative team environment
Availability to travel once every 4-8 weeks to Austin for team collaboration and strategic planning
