Orkin is seeking a Vegetation Technician to join their team. In this role, you will manage your own service route, build relationships with customers, and ensure their satisfaction while applying pest control products safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create 'Customers for Life' by delivering excellent service every time

You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Vegetation Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks

Applies appropriate chemical solutions, green solutions, and fertilizers to lawn and landscape, meeting company and state regulations

Fulfills orders and completes daily route schedule, and procedural paperwork

Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs

Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied

Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer

Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines

You’ll maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle. Your commitment to safety helps ensure the protection of both yourself and the people you serve
