Responsibilities

Work with large project teams, including outside subconsultants, to ensure that all aspects of the project are being met and completed

Delegate aspects of work to the Project Technician and coordinate with all other disciplines

Assist the Project Manager with client meetings, design team meetings, and construction administration

Perform all duties with minimal guidance

Lead, communicate, coordinate, and motivate team members

Possess strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills

Qualification

Degree in ArchitectureNew York State building codesTechnical design skillsCAD experienceMicrosoft OfficeLeadership skillsCollaboration skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Degree in Architecture

4+ years of experience

Have thorough knowledge and understanding of New York State building codes

Strong technical design and construction document skills

Well-developed project design and planning skills

Excellent graphic presentation skills

CAD experience. (AutoCAD and Revit)

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project)

Preferred

Registered Architect in the state of New York
