Responsibilities
Own sponsorship execution with all partners to ensure all partnerships are maximized. Vet potential partnership opportunities for organizational fit and key stakeholder alignment
Lead cross-functional marketing activations including development of strategic plan, creative concepting, agency management, and on-site event execution
Support critical thought leadership initiatives through planning, research and execution
Organizing critical business cadences and other operational or administrative tasks as assigned by the leader
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other relevant degree
At least 6 years in Marketing with proven experience driving marketing strategy, leading global projects, and managing partnerships
Consumer Product Goods or Food/flavor industry experience
Ability to flex seamlessly between strategic thinking, planning and executional work
Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Strong executive presence in high visibility environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and able to adapt to changes
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
