Responsibilities

Developing, training, instructing associates to high performance in handling requests for service for electronic enrollments, third party systems including e-app solutions and other digital integrations
Documenting and maintaining process flows and job procedures to meet customer service standards
Assigning and monitoring workload and workflow to meet department service standards
Collaborate with the Vice President to prepare scorecard measures and provide input for associate reviews; and
Supervising a small team of associates
Documenting requirements for system/process updates and fixes
Creation and execution of project plan for system/process updates and fixes
Creation and execution of test plan for system/process updates and fixes
Serving as resource on existing digital solutions, providing education and training for internal and external parties
Supporting creation of digital process workflows
Documenting requirements for new digital solutions or digital integrations
Supporting the research, evaluation and recommendation of third-party digital solutions as needed
Supporting creation and execution of project plan for digital solution implementations or digital integrations
Supporting creation and execution of test plan for digital solution implementations or digital integrations
Supporting preparation of deliverables for third parties
Supporting review and determination of terms for vendor contracts, statements of work, and service agreements as needed
Supporting monitoring of usage and success of digital solutions; and
Supporting compliance review of digital solutions with company, state, and federal regulation

Required

Four to six years' experience in insurance business or project management field
Professional oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in use and understanding of technology

Decision-making ability
Ability to work independently and in a group setting
Initiative, resourcefulness, and flexibility
Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function to this position
Talent required in values, work intensity, achiever, positivity, relationship, resourceful, persuasion, command, relationship-extension, and exactness
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
