Responsibilities

Generate and distribute periodic and ad hoc investment reports using Vermilion, FactSet, and internal systems

Reconcile portfolio data, including performance, holdings, and transactions, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Collaborate with internal teams (portfolio management, accounting, performance, distribution, compliance) to gather and validate reporting inputs

Maintain and enhance reporting templates and dashboards to meet evolving client needs

Monitor reporting schedules and ensure timely delivery

Assist in onboarding new clients and configuring systems to align with reporting specifications

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality

Support internal and external audits related to client reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

5 - 10 years of experience in investment reporting, performance analysis, or a similar role within asset management

Strong Excel skills

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments

Familiarity with investment products such as mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and insurance portfolios

Preferred

Proficiency with FactSet Vermilion, Bloomberg and/or Clearwater Analytics

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, especially for data manipulation and automation

Experience working with Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX) as a portfolio accounting and reporting system
