Corporate Receptionist

Genuine Health Group is seeking a Corporate Receptionist who serves as the initial contact for all visitors to the organization. The role involves greeting visitors, performing clerical duties, and maintaining meeting schedules while demonstrating professionalism and strong organizational skills.

Responds to visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required
Prepares and maintains meeting and conference room reservation schedules and calendars
Ensures breakroom supplies are adequately available to include but not limited to coffee, beverages, disposables, etc
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Associates degree (A.A.), two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two years of customer service experience within a professional office environment
Professional appearance and demeanor required
Proven ability to perform diverse clerical functions within a professional work environment

Preferred

Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
