Director/ExecutiveAdvantage Solutions is seeking a Director of Category Analytics & Insights who will lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to drive decision-making and maximize ROI. This role involves leading teams to enhance deliverables and create innovative solutions that impact category performance.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making
Create compelling selling stories and maximize ROI
Lead the Category Analytics & Insights and Shopper Insights teams for a specific client, customer, and/or region to drive insights-to-action
Drive continuous improvement to enhance the quality of our deliverables and contributions
Lead the charge on a range of transformational initiatives and create innovative solutions to complex business issues that significantly impact category performance
Achieve business objectives by being a thought leader to our customers and clients
Coach the team to deliver outstanding category stewardship
Challenge the status quo and streamline operations
Strategically sell through unique insights in a captivating manner and deliver KPIs
Transform Category Analytics & Insights’ strategic impact and inspire the team to transform, develop and grow
Qualification
Required
