Manage standard system processes and enhancements to system
Work with business partners and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of system and determine priority of needs
Identify and manage platform strategic direction in coordination with business users' needs and direction
Manage team of associates and contractors

Required

Bachelors Degree
At least 7 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management or Program Management
At least 2 years of experience in IT development or support

Preferred

Masters Degree
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
8+ years of experience in Project Management
