Product Manager
Inspira Financial is focused on providing innovative financial solutions, and they are seeking a Product Manager to drive the product vision and delivery for their Health & Benefits / Retirement & Wealth business line. The role involves managing product roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders, and employing Agile methods to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Creates compelling product experiences for customers and clients
Manages and executes product roadmaps with a focus on measurable outcomes that align with company priorities and department objectives
Regularly tracks and proactively shares key initiative and roadmap health with management, business stakeholders and the team
Influence and manage a 3-year product roadmap that outlines the product’s evolution over time, taking into consideration iterative phases
Collaborates with internal stakeholders, various business lines and Technology and Design counterparts to elicit, analyze and understand needs, constraints, risks and alignment with organizational strategy and priorities
Works in partnership with the team and stakeholders to employ Agile methods, processes, tools and metrics to deliver value including ongoing product backlog refinement, product roadmaps and release planning
Engages and collaborates with the team to create and manage Agile artifacts (e.g. Product Roadmap, Dashboard Metrics, Product Requirements and Acceptance Criteria), Backlog, Go-to-Market (GTM) Release Plan, Lessons Learned) and information needed for prioritization and decision-making
Develops and maintains product dashboard, metrics and monthly reports using OKRs and KPIs
Regularly assesses sales and market opportunities against features, costs and existing priorities to determine if and when to proceed with a product
Assist the Sales Team with completing competitive product Request for Proposals (RFP) as needed
Be the ultimate subject matter expert on assigned products for internal and external stakeholders
