Responsibilities
Analyze insurance policies and draft comprehensive coverage opinions
Assist with complex insurance coverage litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefing
Draft reservation of rights and disclaimer letters
Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to clients
Support senior attorneys and partners on high-value coverage matters
Communicate with clients, carriers, and co-counsel professionally and effectively
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or eligible for prompt admission)
2–3 years of insurance coverage experience required
Strong analytical, writing, and research skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent communication and client-service skills
Preferred
litigation experience a plus
