Cross Insurance is seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Account Manager to support Eli Zimmer in delivering exceptional service to clients. The role involves assisting with client communications, preparing quotes, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative and operational support to Eli Zimmer

Assist in preparing and coordinating the processing of insurance quotes, proposals, and applications

Maintain accurate client records and documentation in Applied Epic and updating Salesforce

Communicate with clients (as directed) to gather necessary information and provide updates on policy status

Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to ensure timely processing of applications, endorsements, and renewals

Manage renewal timelines and support the completion of Cross-commercial checklists

Interface with the commercial lines service team to ensure alignment and continuity in client service

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing reports

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally

Prepare Surplus lines/ Binding Documents for signature

Assist with managing Eli Zimmer’s Email inbox

Become a marketing resource by developing an understanding of carrier markets
