You have 1-3 years of general corporate and M&A law firm experience

You have experience in bank and financial services M&A and regulatory matters

You have the ability to take ownership of assignments and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines

You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously

You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials

You are in good standing with the ARDC of the Supreme Court of Illinois, and/or the relevant State Bar in Texas; and

You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois or Texas)
