Responsibilities
CAD work and 3D design on highway and bridge improvement projects
Project plan & specifications development
Providing quantity take off reviews and developing estimates for highway and bridge construction projects
Topographic survey, or other project data collection
Construction field inspection/staking operations
Complete Inspector Daily Reports (IDR’s) and other DOT reports
Measure and compute item quantities installed on the project
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2.75 GPA required
Sophomore to senior standing required
A valid driver's license required
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position
Preferred
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or related) in Civil Engineering
Transportation focus preferred
Previous related engineering intern or co-op experience preferred
Prior experience in the transportation field preferred
Microstation or AutoCAD experience preferred
