Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central users globally
Administer system operations, including user setup, troubleshooting, training, and documentation management
Develop and maintain process documentation, system specifications, and validation materials
Coordinate and perform unit testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment of ERP upgrades or enhancements
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define requirements, improve workflows, and support ongoing development projects
Ensure system compliance with IT, safety, and regulatory policies while supporting continuous improvement in ERP performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with ERP systems and related business processes
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or NAV strongly preferred
Experience supporting projects or participating in ERP implementation or process improvement initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for data analysis
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities
Proficiency in documentation, testing, and end-user training within business system environments
