The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy and execution for voice onboarding and enrollment agents, utilizing multi-modal data to enhance user engagement and health outcomes.

Responsibilities

Set the strategy and roadmap: Define and socialize a multi-quarter plan for voice and conversational AI tied to activation, retention, and outcome targets

Build and ship agent flows: Deliver onboarding, enrollment, and daily-coaching experiences across voice, chat, and task agents

Specify with clarity: Write specific requirements; partner with Design, Engineering, and QA to move idea → experiment → launch

Create the blueprint: Establish conversation patterns, prompt and versioning practices, and lightweight evaluations focused on quality, speed, and cost

Lead the narrative: Tell the story—why this, why now, what moved—and translate insights into the next bets

Required

5+ years in Product Management (or equivalent impact), including 3+ years shipping AI/ML-powered features (LLMs, agents, RAG, personalization)

Shipped conversational or voice experiences with clear metric lifts

Strong product judgment and analytical chops: A/B testing, KPI definition; comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration
